An inventory and profit tracker for people who resell on Vinted and eBay. You log what you bought, your sales arrive on their own, and every screen answers one question: what did this actually make me?
By your own token. Vinted has no "connect an app" button, so you paste the token from your logged-in browser; a free browser extension copies it in two clicks on a computer. From then on your sales, parcels, wallet and wardrobe sync every hour, and whenever you press Sync now. It is not an official Vinted integration, and we say so.
It is designed for the phone first. Install it from your browser and it opens full screen, with push notifications and an outbox for buys logged with no signal. There is no App Store app; Add to home screen does the same job today.
No. You sign in with Discord, or, if you started with your email, with a link we email you. There is no password to set and none for us to store.
Yes. Excel, Numbers and Google Sheets exports, ODS, CSV and TSV, up to 10,000 rows, with column names recognised in 18 languages. Duplicates are reported rather than decided for you.
Yes. The importer reads a spreadsheet with its headings, status words and month names in any of the 18 languages Vinted trades in, and a date written in words is read in each of them. Your exports come out as Excel (.xlsx) or CSV, with the column headings in your own language for Français, Deutsch, Español, Italiano, Nederlands, Polski, Português and English, chosen in Settings. The app's own screens are in English for now.
The same way on every screen: what it sold for, minus what you paid, postage, any extra costs and the fees. If a figure hasn't been entered, it shows as a dash rather than a zero, so you always know what's missing.
It gives you the figures for your UK tax year on both the cash basis and the accruals basis, with the cost rows HMRC asks about, refunds dated, and a CSV showing the workings. It does not estimate tax owed and it is not tax advice. The £1,000 trading allowance is shown for books kept in pounds.
GBP, EUR, USD, CAD, PLN, CZK, SEK, DKK, RON. One currency per account, never converted, because a profit figure that moves with an exchange rate is one you cannot trust.
Yes. Once you have sold on Vinted and made the label, the next sync copies it in: the QR code, or the printable label if you chose that. It is filed under the item, opens from the To send list and the item's page, and stays readable after Vinted's own link expires. Print it on anything from a 4 × 6 thermal roll to A4. eBay labels are not fetched; you can add any courier's label yourself.
The real fee comes from eBay once it is posted. Until then the app books an estimate of 12.8% + 30p and replaces it automatically. Vinted takes nothing off a seller, and the app invents no fee there.

Pay once and keep Vintify for as long as it exists: every screen, every update, Vinted and eBay sync and the members' Discord, with nothing more to pay. It is a one-off payment, so it has no trial; the monthly plan is the way to try it first. The founding price of £69 is for early members; when it closes the price rises to £89, and anyone who bought at the founding price keeps lifetime access.
Yes, on the monthly plan: 7 days with every feature. You add a card to start, nothing is charged until the trial ends, and we tell you before it does. Cancel from the app before then and you pay nothing. Lifetime access is a one-off payment, so it has no trial.
A private server for paying members. It is where you sign in from, where support happens, and where new screens are announced. Your plan gives you a role in the server, and the role is what opens the members' channels and the app.
Yes, from the app's billing page, at any time. On the monthly plan you keep access until the end of the month you have paid for. Lifetime access has nothing to cancel. Consumers also have a 14-day cooling-off right from the day they pay; the Terms say how it works.
Stripe. The card form and the invoices are Stripe's; neither this site nor the app ever sees a card number.
Yes. One download holds the whole account, and every list exports to a file. Delete the account from Settings and the data goes with it.
No. It reads sales, parcels, the wallet and your listings, and it keeps no buyer address.

The help centre is inside the app, the members' Discord is open all day, and hello@getvintify.com is read by a person. We reply within 72 hours.
